Joseph P. Lebonitte President and FounderJoe is an IT veteran with extensive experience in sales, marketing and recruiting at Fujitsu Networks and two IT consulting firms before establishing US East in 1994. He has used his abilities to effectively work with Clients, Staff and Candidates to identify essential skill set requirements as the basis of the US East business model. Throughout his career, Joe has been recognized as a leader in new account business development, maintaining productive client relations and managing technical services for optimal client satisfaction. Charles Carpenter ControllerCharlie joined US East in 1996 and supports the entire US East family with his management of Corporate Accounting, Finance, Billing and Human Resource Administration. He has been a leader in adapting technology to these key functions. Charlie has 30 years experience supporting these functions in the Professional Services/Technical Consulting industry.Jim Quinn Director of Sales and MarketingJim is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years experience in the Communications & Information Technology industries. In his career Jim has worked with and held key sales and business development positions with Pitney Bowes, British Telecommunications, Cable & Wireless and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone. Jim recently joined US East as the Director of Sales responsible for new business development. Jim is well versed in developing and managing technology centric projects, client relationship building, partnership development and strategic alliances. Eric Gamsey Director of IT RecruitingEric Gamsey joined US East as director responsible for recruiting and talent alignment. Eric was formerly Vice President of IT Recruitment for Hyatt Leader as well as Head of Recruiting at Galen Technologies and NextGen. Having over fifteen years of experience delivering top Information Technology consulting and permanent talent to the Financial, Pharmaceutical, Legal, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Entertainment industries as well as many others. Eric is instrumental in staffing technology centric projects.

This takes the form of US East assuming Total Project Responsibility once the functional and or technical specifications have been established. We realized that in most cases, the approaches, while theoretically sound, were either, not complete, realistic or practical. Our assessment of this issue helped us refine the Talent Management program and fill these voids. It was clear that a successful coaching process needed to include strategy development, implementation planning, and on-going support that is tailored to the personal style and challenges of each client.
